The staff here are really friendly, and the hotel's location was perfect for the event we attended, plus we liked the room with outside access.

The bed was of good quality.

When we arrived we found hair in the bathtub and very unclean throughout. We were very disappointed and for the price you should at the very least.....expect cleanliness.

The bed was comfortable and food was good. Interesting place for those searching wedding in Cold Lake. Having access to the pool was GREAT.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements. Liked Cold Lake, the hotel was ideal and quiet to the event we had come for.- Booked the venue for its good location adjacent to the restaurant and lounge, the center, and tourist spots.

The beds

The bathtub had pubic and head hair all over it and obviously had not been cleaned at all. Made us both quite uncomfortable.

The room was well-maintained and new-fashioned with central heating, cable channels, and ironing facilities.

Fairly clean, well-maintained hotel, magnificent and handy location. Helpful staff at all times.

The breakfast here is satisfying, the rooms are neat and relaxing with an extremely comfy bed, and the facilities are excellent.

The location is great and handy, the check in is quick. Spotlessly clean rooms complete with nice 414 upgraded furniture as well as the best beds. Excellent service and the food is brilliant! Would stay here again on our next trip to Cold Lake.

I like the fact that the towels didn't give me a rash. I have very sensitive skin.

That I could not bring my continental Breakfast to my room. I only wanted a tea and muffin and was told I could not take food to my room.

We had a really great stay and would stay here again. The hotel was absolutely great and the room was modern.3. The restaurant here was top-notch with a delicious menu.4. We both ordered excellent dishes.5. Had an exceptionally comfortable queen size bed.

It was clean .it was convenient to the event we had come for . Food was good

We had to ask for sheets ,pillow and blanket for three party . No rubber mat for bath .

Friendly and helpful staff, the place was very clean everywhere that I could see, the room was quite and the morning breakfast was very good.

The bed was a little to soft, missed the Sunday breakfast because it was done by 9:30 not sure if that is the usual time but so much for a bit of a sleep in.

Clean and impressive room with direct outdoor access, which I really liked. The location was great, super close to everything! 🌟

The rooms here are quiet and come with their own external entrances, and the staff is very friendly.
